Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Techone Tele Media Analytics Platform at clients.techonetelemedia.com ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Techone Tele Media ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

Platform Description

The Platform is a private, invitation-only analytics dashboard that allows YouTube channel owners ("Channel Partners") who are part of the Techone Tele Media network to view performance metrics, revenue estimates, and audience data for their connected YouTube channels.

The Platform retrieves data from the YouTube Analytics API and YouTube Data API using permissions granted by the channel owner via Google OAuth 2.0.

Eligibility & Access

Access to the Platform is strictly limited to:

• YouTube channel owners who have received a valid invitation from Techone Tele Media
• Techone Tele Media staff and administrators

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform. By using the Platform, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Google OAuth & YouTube API

To connect your YouTube channel to the Platform, you will be redirected to Google's authentication service. By completing this process, you grant Techone Tele Media read-only access to your YouTube channel data, including analytics and estimated revenue information.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• We will access your YouTube data solely for the purposes described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy
• We request only the minimum permissions necessary (read-only access)
• We will not modify, delete, publish, or alter your YouTube channel, videos, or settings in any way
• Your use of the Platform is also subject to YouTube's Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy
• You may revoke our access at any time via Google Account Permissions

Permitted Use

You may use the Platform solely for the purpose of viewing analytics data for your own connected YouTube channels. You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Permitted activities include:

• Viewing your channel's analytics, revenue estimates, and performance data
• Reviewing network-wide performance summaries provided by Techone Tele Media
• Using the data for your own business planning and content strategy decisions

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share your login credentials or session access with any other person
• Attempt to access analytics data belonging to other channel partners
• Use automated tools, scrapers, or bots to extract data from the Platform
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the Platform's source code
• Attempt to circumvent any authentication or security measures
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code through the Platform
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with Techone Tele Media

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate termination of your access without notice.

Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of your YouTube channel and all associated content. The analytics data we retrieve belongs to you as the channel owner, as governed by YouTube's and Google's terms.

By connecting your channel to the Platform, you grant Techone Tele Media a non-exclusive, limited license to retrieve, store, and display your channel's analytics data for the purposes described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Techone Tele Media retains ownership of the Platform itself, including its design, code, aggregated network data, and any proprietary analytical tools or reports.

Confidentiality

The analytics data available through this Platform — including revenue figures, view counts, audience metrics, and network performance data — is confidential business information of Techone Tele Media and its channel partners.

You agree not to disclose, share, publish, or distribute any analytics data from the Platform to any third party without the prior written consent of Techone Tele Media. This obligation of confidentiality survives termination of your access to the Platform.

Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, layout, code, branding, and all content created by Techone Tele Media, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights are reserved by Techone Tele Media.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely as permitted by these Terms. This license does not include the right to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on the Platform.

Disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Techone Tele Media makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

• The accuracy or completeness of analytics data (data is sourced from YouTube's APIs and may not be perfectly real-time)
• Uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Platform
• The fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose

Revenue figures displayed are estimates provided by YouTube Analytics. Actual payments are subject to YouTube's monetization policies and payment thresholds.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Techone Tele Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) to access the Platform in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

Techone Tele Media may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include (but are not limited to):

• Violation of these Terms
• End of your business relationship with Techone Tele Media
• Discontinuation of the Platform

You may disconnect your YouTube channel from the Platform at any time by revoking access via your Google Account settings, or by contacting us to request deletion of your data.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Sections on Confidentiality, Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, and Limitation of Liability shall survive termination.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Techone Tele Media is registered. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Techone Tele Media's registered jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active users via the Platform or by email.
